YOGA ON THE BEACH
WITH TATIANA
Yes, it is relaxing, rejuvenating and uplifting...
Yoga on the beach is something to be experienced. The sound of the water, the sky above our heads, the birds flying by and the softness of the sand make this time a very special one.
For 9 years every spring to fall Tatiana traditionally took yoga from the studio to the beach in Alameda, CA., right at the end of Grand Street on the bay side. And then Covid hit and Yoga on the Beach became a weekly practice that has helped many keep their peace amidst the chaos of the pandemic, its aftermath and the chaotic world situation.
Stop by if you live in Alameda or happen to be nearby on any of the dates listed below. You will be happy you did! Bring others with you...
All levels and abilities welcome!
