Bike Ride Around Alameda on 6/3/23

Details: Time: 9-10 AM (you can stay longer of course!) Meeting point: Intersection of Grand Street and Shoreline Drive in Alameda (where we meet for yoga). Let's welcome summer with some healthy movement and relaxation all in one! Our very own Gail will lead us on this so fun bike ride. Loop route: Flat, easy 9 mile ride on the West end of the island, starting at Grand and Shoreline, riding through Encinal Beach, Alameda Point, Sweeney Park and the Del Monte Warehouse, Alameda Yacht Club, then finishing at Grand and Shoreline. No need to RSVP. Just show up. We will leave from Shoreline and Grand (right by the bike rack where we do yoga on Sunday). ​ This event is free. What to bring: Your bike and helmet Water and any snacks you might want Sunscreen Sunglasses Whatever else you need to go for about 9 miles around town! NOTE: Please, as much as I would love to see you, refrain from participating if you are experiencing any cold type-of symptoms.
